and from what I hear thats exactly what IVFH is doing working with the SEC. I am hearing when they file ( and we all know they expect it soon) they will be fully reporting company and the move to the OTC will be a formality

To say that this is not the case is baseless. Noone knows what they have accomplished so far as far as becoming fully reporting. But many shareholders have heard what I said in paragraph 1. Unless the chef lie then things look awesome. I see no reason for them to lie because there isnt even any selling going on.
A moron would think they are lieing. companies lie when ythey are pumping a stock to sell their shares and allow financiers the ability to sell.
