Fully reporting means reporting to the SEC. NWAU was not fully reporting prior to its merger and did not file financials with the SEC. It simply put out company PRs and statements NOT submitted to the SEC.

If it was fully reporting it would be on the BB.

Unless and until it is approved by the SEC as a fully reporting company, which means they file financials with the SEC, it is NOT a reporting company.
