NDA is a convenient umbrella to hide beneath...for example, when LQMT told the world APPLE renewed the contract, LQMT is going to have to release the details in the 10K because they are a fully reporting company...so NDA doesn't apply, which means they COULD have told everyone ALL the news at once...they didn't...regardless...MMs are raising the BID finally which means the stock is going a bit higher today. News would help...oh...yeah...NDA...!
