Someone should ask this question openly on the next conference call. So far everyone has been very transparent. I suspect that the reason is if you only look at the bare figures, without taking into account the 65% of insider and institutional a/o that is held in trust and cannot be traded before 8 cents, you would get a skewed view. Those locked up shares makes this a whole 'nother kind of attractive scenario
