PIERS are still owed monies -- fact. Up to about $10/share -- but it reduces daily by the up-send interest owed to the Notes that are senior to them.



Sir, in your opinion are there any chances for PIERS to recover any money?

AFAIK, there is now no money (cash) left. I think we are even or almost even with creditors of clases above 16, but we still owe the legal fee expenses (over 200$ million if I recall correctly) which could come from releasing some money from the reserves for the employee claims.

Apart from that, do you see any other certain revenue source that could be used to pay PIERS (WAHUQs)
