Well, this is $2B toward the 2004 budget for capex. Apparently, Intel is fully convinced that high volume production is about to kick in. 2004 capabilities could well be handled with the 7.5B, 4.5B, 3.5B of preceding years, except that even more capability is anticipated, thereby needing the new conversion. Things must be looking pretty good at Corporate.
