It appears to be a fact, that BIEL shares will get a nice rise upon/after any FDA approval. Since just "word" of a decision, coming soon, sent shares surging higher. However, "only if" more people "really understood the facts", ALL FDA APPROVALS "WOULD BE" A NON-EVENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
