The filings would show the history of what ol arne has done...the SEC gave him a gift of not having to do audited filings in 2008/2009. Ol arne is crooked! The "time is right" for ol arne to restructure. Out with the old shareholders, in with the new shareholders. Wash, rinse, and repeat.
