he knew awyi was dead in the water with the toxic financing of cornell.so why not start up yet another company that "mirrors" awyi.same business,same location(washington d.c)same management(mason/erickson etc)

awyi was arne's play toy.sell some stock here,sell some stock there.and fund elsinore in the process.

if your of the opinion that awyi had "millions in revenue"(as arne stated in his chat)then you must be of the opinion that he had the money to pay the auditors.
if your of the opinion that awyi did not have those revenues,then you must be of the opinion that arne lied about those revenues.

you can't have both.

i believe that the filings were never to come because it would show all the selling that arne has done.

so if you want to believe it all drivel,that's your perogative.
