I thought we were already passed the date where you have to have already owned the shares because of settlement dates. At least that was the way I interpreted the conversations when I read them quickly.

Also that would explain the little dip inshore price from over 40 cents to 37 cents. People selling some shares that no longer have price shares attached to them or because all they wanted were the PDI shares.
