probably you are right with tmob. however, IF markman hearing goes REALLY well, tmob knows we are in a bended knee position. MAYBE? tmob will settle for pennies on the dollars or even buy the patent(with a pool of funds from the infringers) before it goes into the open market and then we never hear about 923 again.
