the scenario you are suggesting took place during January & February, is impossible to know unless one had all institutions' transactions in IDCC, in order to see what the net affect was.

this information will first be available starting at the end of April, when institutions report transactions for the quarter ending March30, 2003. after all the reports are in they will only show the activity for the quarter & not further broken down by month or weeks.

therefore, any scenario suggesting activity during any part of the quarter, is impossible to prove.

based on the above, how do you possibly substantiate your statement of divesting by institutions, as if it was factual?
