You're correct about the Form 4

I'd assume either have to come in a Form 4, but possibly not show up for some time.

However,when we see the trade(s) could vary.

If he purchased on the open market we would see the trade(s) as they are completed, just as any other trades, although until the Form 4 was posted we could not be sure that they were Postal's.

If he purchased privately, we might have no indication that a trade had been consummated until such time as the Form 4 was published.

So, as you indicated, it might be sometime after the event before we are notified officially that it was Postal who had done the deed.
