Buying has a couple of options

Dr. Jeffrey Postal, a member of its Board of Directors, of his intent to be actively purchasing Capstone shares of common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions

I'd assume either have to come in a Form 4, but possibly not show up for some time.
