Wow. Go away for a week and miss a lot it seems! Everyone please note I can't reply to your PMs and out of professional courtesy will not reply to you on the board. Got all the questions about legal options. Give me the weekend to look over and reply with my best information. Please note I have given my opinion before on the subject and I now see a FB threat. Trust me HUGE mistake. That will only make those we may need info from to be uncooperative and it would not bode well when trying to make our case with the facts. It might make you feel better but would be perceived as very childish and totally unproductive.

Again think hard about a lawsuit. In the end it will cost a lot and if successfull totally kill your investment and probably reap little or no financial reward. I have posted before that we need to get Hargis to keep us informed. I understand he is working behind the scenes it's just hard when theres silence from him.
