that is probably the 1st and best option---dont know how much luck you will have,but it is step 1---can certainly see a FB "attack" backfiring in a big ugly legal mis-fire.side note----if and when there is a RS---pps will automatically adjust ----and if there were a "short position"---it too would automatically adjust-------nothing else "forces" SEC OR FINRA to do any adjusting.
