This is just my thinking.

I think CHRI has already taken over HBRM and is buying that 100mil shares at this cheap price. Then they will announce the merger and be able to pay less over all for the merger. Once they get all 100mil shares, the deal will be announced. We should all make out ok though.

Otherwise, I don't know why it is taking so long.
