UCHC didn't pay any debt in shares to IR. The debt for shares was cancelled. IR will not receive anything from UCHC and will do nothing for UCHC, as the business between them was made null and void. This means only one thing. UCHC paid their debt back in cash or credit. Most likely cash. Their balance sheet says that they have more than what they owe. Thus, the company was able to pay the debt back without releasing any shares to IR to help them leverage their position due to the debt. They leveraged their position on their own without releasing any shares to IR.
