So I am curious about some details,

If we paid a debt in shares, how long do they have to hold until they can sell for payment?

Is there a certian price they can only sell it at to guarentee enough profit to pay debt and raise capital?

Is there a mandatory re-investment of shares to support company value?

I know using shares to cover debts can be complicated, especially if there is buy-back program somewhere on the horizon.

Thanks
