Sniping continues to take place at the close. The trading pattern seems to be to the downside each intraday, only to recover when a 'minny' buy is made shortly before the close, often at the ask or better.

Of course, this misleading transaction artificially inflates the market cap.

Today's snipe trade was made 11 minutes before the close, at a volume of 2500s, raising the cap the 64mm to 98mm.

This $40.00 trade is reflective of some strange activity that seems to be value capture related. This pattern has occurred almost daily for the past 3 months.

Is there a minimum market cap that must be maintained for OTC listing?
If so, than this is a directed buyer.
