If we got 200K already, then the other 1.3M would be nice to have. Wonder what the performance packaged needed to show and how WSGI is going to use funds to expand ops? Does this mean more than water at the SHM? The GTC deal is done unless Phipps was waiting on an additonal payout contingent with the Space Florida funding.

"World Surveillance Group Inc. (formerly Sanswire) has announced that it was awarded a $200,000 contract from Space Florida to create a Performance Data Package in connection with the flight testing of the Argus One at the U.S. Army’s proving ground facility in Yuma, Arizona in May/June 2011.

This contract follows a financing commitment of up to $1.5 million from Space Florida, which WSGI intends to use to expand its Florida-based operations and to finance the previously announced potential acquisition of Global Telesat Corp.."
