The pending news of an acquisition and then the eventual partnership news to take the acquisition technology to market, will support/spark more interest in the stock. I am not sayiing this will generate a ton of buying pressure or cause the pps to reach $10, but it will impact the pps in a positive way to help offset the impact of any further dilution. Dilution will continue until they can generate enough revenue or obtain enough investment capital to pay for services and operational expenses.

I betting the pps will reach higher levels to minimize the impact of any future dilution.
