Listen there is absolutely no way anyone associated with CMKX is going to profit, shareholders, the Casavants, or anyone else. The only way out for Urban not to go to jail is to come up with something legitimate to show that he was not trying to rip off shareholders. If he can't do that the only thing the SEC will settle for is his head. Now if you think about it the only way Urban can get out of this predicament, is another company.
