Perhaps Mgmt could first EXPLAIN the details of the ....
long term contract with Rocktenn... after all... per the *er* agreement.. Rocktenn is NOT required to purchase any fuel produced by JBI..... JBI is however REQUIRED to PAY Rocktenn a portion of the proceeds earned from the sale of any fuel/sludge product etc produced from the Rocktenn site...
with this in mind.. and given the FACT that JBI is solely responsible for any and all costs associated with the purchase of the processor and related equipment as well as installation, upkeep and any other expenses related to running the processor(s) including labor costs...along with any and all costs related to securing permits... it would be prudent to ask JBI's Mgmt what percentage of revenue is due Rocktenn... after all... if RockTenn's percentage is too high.. then perhaps shareholders will come to realize that any contract "similar" to the Rocktenn contract means disaster.
Now.. on to some of the other softball questions:
Time required to build each machine: Call the Chinese supplier
Cost of each machine: Call China
Timeline of company's future operations: check back later.. as in the future
Storage and logistic issues in future sites: LOL... no "issues" whatsoever... gotta have sites before you have issues
Pink Sheets...where failing private companies come to die.
