IBRC Does anyone have insight on this one? Looks like it could go either way. HUGE recent VOLUME spike! pps is at bottom, but will it stay their. 10 million in possible funding is in the works, but I'm not familiar with the company's PR history. It's an easy FLIPPER, but I am looking at it for a long. Thank you.
