Some thoughts on CTDT:
First, from what I have gathered there is some sort of dtc issue with shares bought before the ticker change. For some reason these shares cannot be sold yet. I have heard ppl saying it could take as much as 2-3 weeks for this to be resolved. Now, since we are dealing with penny stock promoters... im guessing this was done on purpose. APS used to spend tons of money on new tickers for one reason: to eliminate front running and to keep old shareholders from selling. The promoters have successfully done this now with CTDT

Before the ticker change I got dozens of pms from people talking about the how the old ticker was a buy. That, combined with the volume from those days tells me that there are lots if people who own these unreadable shares. Due to some glitch at ETRADE, these ppl were allowed to sell yesterday, which probably explains the lack of gains the second half of the day. BUT these very same people were later told by ETRADE (the most popular broker around) that there was a mistake and they didn't actually have the shares in their account to sell. Which means that all these ppl are now shorting a $500,000 pump on day two...

Now, im not saying the people promoting it are APS, and i actually don't think it matters. What I do know is the promoters have been paying big $$ come up on google searches for months. I also know that there have been big milly bids from VERT/WDCO just like in the good old days of APS. So APS or not, we have most of the same ingredients as a classic APS play including awesome gains so far in the share price.

BUT... in this case we have something extra... the potential for a epic short squeeze on all those people who are accidentally short (plus the shorties who are short on purpose). Now, put yourself in the shorties (accidentally and on purpose) shoes, do you wait to get a forced buyin in a few days after you are deep in the red on a $500,000 promo with Milly bids by WDCO/VERT or do you go ahead and cover asap? Even worse, do you want to trust a penny stock promoter to get the paperwork or whatever it is turned in asap so that hundreds of people can sell their shares??

Appropriate Wall Street quote (in Gordon Geckos office after they found out they were getting gutted) "well you know that luggage heading for boston? well it could very easily accidentally end up in Chicago"

Its something to think about, and if any of you have any more info, please post it on the ATA Board.
