Your timeline is incorrect, you can take that to the bank. It ignores the fact that Dean voted Jeff out, not the BoD. It also ignores Dean handing control over to Joe. You see there is no BoD, just some paper that says there is. QASP is a share selling scam, not a real company with a BoD. Dean is the BoD, and still has control.
