dec 17 2010 jeffrey digenova while ceo of quasar buys nhs shell with help from tom favata for $140K.

jan 27 2011 jeffrey digenova fired by quasar BOD.

apr 29 2011 joe canouse becomes quasar ceo...

the timeline is correct no doubt.
