Im just not sure that technical analysis, fundamental analysis or even logic can be applied to the OTCBB. Ive seen too many companies that 'shouldnt' make it, do, and many that 'should' make it, fail. Really, blind faith is all we have.

Im not too worried about the down tics because they are on low volume for the most part. Remember the MM's can, and will drag it down in order for them to fill up before a run. Im more concerned about the low volume itself as this indicates that no one is loading up at this point. I would expect the company, TVA or the MM's to do so. I would like to see 5 mill volumes in the next few days, even with no movement. Of course rooster could be right in that the float is so low and everyone is hanging on for dear life that there are just no shares to be had. I sat on the bid for 50,000 for 2 days and only got 30,000 in the end (even when the next highest bid was far below me!).
