My impression is that the stock doesnt move for lack of intersted buyers.
Buying power is extremmely low, so theres no "push" to drive the share price anywhere.
So yes..maybe some holders want to keep it low, probably to keep buying ar this prices for as long as possible.
But my point is, if theres no real good quantity of people interested in this stock, as volume has showed for more than a year, then I wouldnt hurry to buy either.
Since i sold, i placed my money in ZLCS and GLUU. Best move Ive done in a while.
I hope PTQMF moves up soon. This holding and waiting for years to move a cent is..boring.
