Just wondering why you people are on this board??? EWRL is a penny stock with no revenues or earnings...(see SEC Filings) NO secrets here if you care to look into the company at all.

$$ can be made following these kind of stocks that are promoted. PERIOD.

Companies need a share price and liquidity to even think about the possibility of raising money.

Regarding the stock dividend, Company does not need FINRA approval to do a dividend, but FINRA will set dates.
