I called the SEC Whistleblower Program on Friday and left a message. To my amzement, I got a call back at 4:30 EST---on the 4th of July weeknd! Two people were on the phone. That was the end of my pleasant surprise.

The Whistleblower Program wasn't established until July 2010. Any information provided before that date doesn't count toward a Whistleblower award. My 3 conversations with the SEC investigator and the FBI agent were in May 2009.
