who truly believes half the crap you post?

His dysfunctional views are pretty much defense mechanisms which he uses to avoid the pain of admitting he made some bad investments. Call it "elaborate denial", if you will. I believe he also enjoys the attention he receives over it as well, which I touched upon in the post I made below.
