I didn't see this back on June 1 2012 when it was filled by Barney D. Visser.....probably an over sight on my part. Wasn't aware that VPC owns 45 million shares and Barney D. Visser owns 52 million and Nordel LLC owns 7 million....all tied either directly or indirectly to Mr. Visser.

I sure wish I knew what he thinks he knows....

VPC - VISSER Precision Cast.........I think for Mr. Visser to put his name on his new company has meaning also.
