I'm not sure if i am right about the Judge. Thought someone here mentioned it.I hope someone on here corrects me. Thats what i dont get, if the Judge rules that the Emeralds were found outside of the Atocha "buffer" area, then i dont think Jay should have to have "FISHERS EXPERTS" c the Emeralds. Come on, what do you think will say! Funny though, all the good DD on here that we all would think would end this case. And i agree! Sure hope his lawyer is as smart and does as much DD as ORRV investers.
