Wow you have to be sh...ing me. Can you imagine what the judge is thinking? Has he a bumpersticker for "Friends of the Atocha" yet?

Hopefully people start to pressure the system so this gets concluded. As stated before, Jay's lawyers should ask for an immediate summary based on lack of evidence. And the newspapers should be writing up a storm as partiality plays a part in all aspects of Americana. Again, prove that these were anywhere near the Atocha, prove they were stolen, prove that barrels float, prove that the diver who absconded the gems is credible. Can't? then the judge should wrap this up.

Dragging this out 2-3 years at anyone's cost is stupid.
