I'm glad I reheard the interview. I verified what he said. The reason why we are on the Pink Sheets is because of the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Basically, the SOX act states regulations of internal control requirements that a company must abide by for publicly traded companies. Things get messy when you're a transnational and decentralized entity such as IDS to comply to the SOX act. Just think about their international locations. It all makes sense now. Basically what it sums to is that they had no choice but to opt for the PKs. Once their counsel gets everything in order to legally be acceptable to the SOX act, we will be trading on the bbs to Amex? Nasdaq?
Mark my words. What I am saying is that this is a golden opportunity. If you don't understand the situation yet you hold a position, one vulgar way to put it is that you're one lucky bastard. If more people were aware of this situation, these levels would be unreal. Once we get off this exchange, we won't be talking nickels, dimes, quarters. We will be moving along $2 to $5 to $10 to ?? $40-$60 is my target.
Think what you may. But understand the situation. The interviews and the SOX comment really lit a light bulb. This is an opportunity of a life-time. Do what you want. I sit with a smile knowing this information. Even if we get to $0.25 or $0.50 or $1 on the PKS, it doesn't matter. What the intelligent investor should be patiently waiting for is the move to the next exchange which will be so explosive with these low shares o/s. And the dangerous part for people on the sidelines is that it will happen sooner rather than later. I'm assuming Q1/2006. If you don't have that patience, you're a fool. Financially, it will be Heavan on Earth for who get in soon and are patient enough to wait this out for 3 to 6 months.
