The dynamics of a penny stock do not work like a real privately-owned business. The company keeps the revenues, the losses stay with the company and are the burden of shareholders, and they pay for everything with stock that costs them nothing to print.
With volume being so low for ECDC lately there is so much fresh stock waiting to hit the market. Expect PRs soon to kickstart the flow.
