In your previous statement you said Mr Bibb was no longer a officer or director of the company, that was the old company . I was just posting the document to prove to you that you are wrong . And again I only state facts all public record information if you dig deep enough, I'm not in here making things up and again if the company has real technology this time and actually produces something I will be the first one on here to say congratulation to them and good job, but from what I've seen so far, that's not the case yet.
