After mention of an LOI on the conference call, will an LOI be PR'd or are they going to skip that and just PR the finalized deal? I hope just the deal closing is PR'd, so many pennies always post PR's about LOI's and they always fall through after a pump. A PR about a closed deal is more meaty and substantial than a "we might" LOI. So, heres to hoping ACYD is grilling some meat!
