It's a holiday week and IMO there is no good/bad news or speculation yet for the market to react to the S-1. Most of the marktetable shares sit in the hands of longs. The longs won't start selling until the pps gets back above their breakeven points.

We know there is a potential partnership in the works. We won't hear about it until it is a done deal. Next week could be very interesting!
