So more of less, the Court would treat the objections as heresay unless the objector came before the Court with legal representation to litigate in front of MJW. A lack of interest by the US Trustee in this rather obvious further fleecing of the estate is yet another black eye for the BK Court system. They have no shame, similaer to the Fed in general.
