I did...

Waiting for callbacks from Florida and SEC, NASD only regulates brokers so they're no help, it's under SEC's and Florida's jurisdiction.

I would suggest everyone call Joe Cella at the SEC (202-551-4951) and tell him you are questioning the legality of the most recent corporate action, which, of course, is the latest reverse split...
