Is that not the same type of control that the Google guys have in their company, they may have picked up that up from google, not a bad idea. would it also not be a good way to fight hostile takeovers?

Why would these insiders be looking to defend a failing business from a takeover? Are we missing something?

In addition would that not be a strategy to use in reducing the float or outstanding? I think I am going to acquire more shares, thanks for sharing this with us, uuuhmmm makes me think more deeply.

Stock price may have nothing to do with fundamentals and I think this guys are making their move.

On a different note I cant believe you think the company should have ihubers have access to call the transfer agent all day? these same ihubers with conspiracy theories running allover the place? are you serious?, do you have any guess the TA will receive per day?
