I'm under the impression that there are a multitude of investors that have not been able to have their stock certificates transferred. Once Savi had the stop sign, E-trade, Ameritrade, and many others would not take their stock. We need the stop sign taken off and the financials out for these brokers to take these certificates. The uncertainty only grows as time passes.
