Fact 1. I based on 60 million not 100 million, and yes based on their debt structure that would be the value....I've learned a thing or 2 about warrants and time. in in actuality it is warrant holders risk....does anybody remember warrant prices? Seems to me they are 100% up from January in pps and warrants price?

Fact 3. No insider. My advisor wouldn't touch this stock with someone else's di*k. But they will "call" a value bluff in a second if it's manipulative. Believe me or not....
