Fact 1 - So if the revenue is 100 million, but then the cost of doing that business was 100 billion.... the company is worth 100 million? The brand is worth what someone will pay for it, not necessarily any exponential of revenue.

Fact 2- Almost NOBODY wants to go to jail... and that is why the idiots on Cops still try to run when they have tazers set on them and the cops say "STOP! OR I WILL TAZE YOU WITH THIS TAZER THAT IS POINTED DIRECTLY AT YOUR FACE!" Then, in an attempt to avoid jail, you know what they do on Cops? They run.
