Dakota, of they only achieve $60 million rev on they year 2012 and were bought out at rev(worst case scenario) out pps would TRIPLE.

And the only other worst case scenario is to lie about everything they did and are planning to do(PRs) all the while continually dilute.....but I have a solution to this worst case scenario:
Fact: brand is worth a minimum of 1x rev in litigation.(meaning price/pps above)
Fact: nobody wants to go to jail
Fact: I have contacts that will ensure......Above facts are facts as that is how I am advised. Fact.
