In February Roxanna formed another private corporation using the same Universal Studios business address as Mindpix and Emax.

Also lest we forget, the SEC suspended trading in EMAX on April 2nd. The VERY NEXT DAY Roxy incorporates "Emax Media" in Georgia! http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Corp.asp?1885784

Yeah? Who told you that? The only reason MPIX is a Roxanna company at all is because she saw the writing on the wall and had to transfer the "music library" before it was too late....
