Yeah? Who told you that? The only reason MPIX is a Roxanna company at all is because she saw the writing on the wall and had to transfer the "music library" before it was too late. That and the fact that EMXC was trading so low and had so many outstanding shares that it was becoming difficult to sell any more.

How could she have not known?...Her TA was shut down months before the SEC suspension and in the charges it alleged that the TA was keeping separate books for at least 4 companies. Seeing as EMXC was one of only 4 companies ran by that TA that had any real volume. I guarantee she knew the SEC was poking around.
